The Possibilities
Multiple Process Colorshueman supports up to 10 pure process colors covering all the available inks on the market. Color combinations can be done with Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black, Golden Yellow, Orange, Red, Violett, Blue and Green.
Ink Limit Controlhueman calculates the ink limit range between 200 - 300 % delivering even higher color gamut than other color management solutions but at the same time saving upto 30 % of ink compared to other systems.
Gray / Color Component Replacement (GCR / CCR)hueman uses the Black ink only to build up the gray axis to minimize interferences from metamerism. But similar to what is known GCR from CMYK profiles hueman is also able to built up the gray axis with C,M,Y ink. Furthermore this system can be used to prevent dithering from additional process colors (e.g. Blue in light areas), the so called Color Component Replacement.
Black / Color Additionhueman uses the Black ink only to set the darkest black color. But with hueman it's also possible to define the darkest black with a mix of any component desired from the available ink set. The same system can be used to increase color gamut of additional process colors to be combined with C,M,Y inks.
more Extrasthe hueman engine is capable of many more extras such as Light Colors, Second Colors, etc. that are required or desired for high-quality profiling and printing.
